With a large customer base from West Vancouver to Hope, we strive for our best when it comes to accommodating our customers. Our goal is to have your order picked and packed on board our trucks the night before delivery. That way, our drivers can come in the morning and tackle their routes as efficiently as possible. In order to ensure this happens, orders should be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We will even send you a friendly reminder via phone or email!
Through rain, sleet, snow or traffic jam, our drivers are often challenged with the impossible when it comes to deliveries. They are faced with rush orders and high priority deliveries every day. You can trust Wosks to deliver your product on your delivery day or with a courtesy call if otherwise. For off schedule deliveries, we will do our best to get your special delivery out within 24 to 48 hours.
Wosks Coffee Representatives will always strive to perform the necessary routine maintenance on your coffee equipment upon each and every visit. From cleaning & filling to emptying & rinsing machines, it is imperative that your coffee machine is functioning at an optimal level. Some of these things are required daily and we are more than happy to train your staff on site to help!
Since 1959, our goal has always been to give you a response within 24 hours. Whether it is a phone call from a technician to help walk you through a problem or a physical visit , we are compassionate to your coffee needs. Our technical support will always be complimentary because machines are not perfect. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated.
Wosks Coffee Service is proud to have an option for the disposal of used coffee pods. We work with the Covanta Facility in South Burnaby in conjunction with Metro Vancouver's leading waste disposal program to sort through and incinerate used Keurig K-Cups, used Mars/Flavia Packets and used Nespresso Capsules to produce renewable energy. It is very important that we use clear bags for the disposal of these pods so that Covanta personnel can visually separate them, otherwise, they end up where we don't want them; the landfill.
